What's on offer?

If you are like me and you write stories for pleasure, and would like to develop your writing further, then perhaps a writer's group is just want you're looking for.

This is an invitation to people in Brunswick Heads and surrounds who would like to join a writers group on a regular basis to develop your craft.

The writers' group is for people who either have already or are working on developing a substantial piece of writing suitable for any genre they choose.

Workshop style
Although the mornings we meet will be relaxed, there will be a little bit of preparation for writers to do in advance. Each week 2 writer's works would have been read and evaluated in advance by the members of the group. If you can keep the writing piece you would like workshopped to under 500 words that would be great. Each writer's work will be discussed at the meeting.

Each week, we will also complete writing activities and look at exemplary pieces of writing from different genres.

The writers' group is for writers serious about developing their writing.

I will be facilitating the group, undertaking admin and organising activities and pieces of writing for discussion.
